Utility Councilman responds to alleged breaches of contract waste (04/08/2010)

Utilities Councilman, Antonio Martínez Puche, would make the following considerations regarding the press release Municipal Socialist Group on alleged breaches of contract waste collection:

First, I would like to make clear that the first interested in implementing and enforcing this contract is the council itself, the undersigned, as did my predecessor in this Council.

D.

Juan Palao Azorin.

I invite the Socialist group to demonstrate such defaults that complaint, for which I am available.

They claim that the collection of garbage in the fields is giving problems because of missing containers.

That is false and if not, demuéstrenmelo.

They say the missing containers for separate collection for recycling.

I know they know perfectly well that the current contract does not include separate collection in the fields Why lie to the public then?

When you say that is not properly cleaned containers and around again truthfully.

Just last Monday the work carried out periodic cleaning of containers and surroundings, as required under the contract.

I agree with you represent in that heat at this time, there are unpleasant odors are pockets of poor health, so we monitor very special subject.

Take this opportunity to remind residents that garbage can be deposited only from 7 pm to 10 pm.

It is very important that everyone work together and not waste deposited outside these hours, if we maintain a clean city.

I recognize that we have identified specific problems of non-collection containers in the uptown area, which have been made aware of the company to be rectified immediately.

Moreover, they contradict when they say that the workers do a good job and the contractor no.

A company is like a ship in which all must row with the same address for this move.

If they recognize that employees perform their work, is to recognize that the company meets its obligations.

They claim that the company has hired fewer workers back truthfully.

Show them.

If so we would have reported.

Currently, the external auditing of the company to see if it is fulfilling the contract.

Finally, when the accusation that the company uses vehicles from service in other locations, again lying.

The only known case was the timely movement of trucks to another location for a demonstration.

Once detected the subject was sanctioned to the company.

Also all vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking system to monitor the collection points and their location.

It is easy to detect if not satisfied with the service.
