Valcárcel explained that this is a "useful for the citizen, because you will see how to remove bureaucracy, streamline procedures and create synergies between the different administrations," he said.

This agreement allows the sharing of the services provided by different administrations, as the scope of services provided to citizens includes both municipalities, as the region and the ministries and agencies.
