The House ratified the financial penalty to the general group-Clusa for breach of contract (08/02/2011)

Unanimously approved two statements condemning the repression of Morocco in Western Sahara and supporting the peaceful settlement of the conflict, in line with existing international law

The Full Council has approved Yecla impose the joint venture-General Group Clusa a financial penalty for breach of 3.0001 euros or defective performance of the contract to move to another municipality without a municipal permit, the truck service container washer waste collection street cleaning.

As proposals are approved unanimously by the Municipal People moving, the Central Government and parliamentary speakers of the courts, the condemnation of acts of violence against the Saharawi population occurred in the month of November, defending a peaceful resolution of conflict, in line with existing international law that recognizes the civil and political rights of the Saharawi people.

It also urges the Government of Spain to mediate in the conflict, ensuring the utmost respect for human rights.

In the same vein, the Municipal Group of IU + Greens presented a motion, which passed unanimously, requesting the Government of Spain to condemn the violent eviction Izik Agdaym camp, the subsequent repression of Morocco and the systematic violation of human rights in Western Sahara.

Also requested that the Spanish central government to intensify relations with the Polisario Front and coordinate actions to complete the decolonization of Western Sahara, among other measures pressure through the European Union.
