UPyD Yecla considered "incomprehensible" that the People's Party to reject the amendment would PGE 2014 "the final impetus to the motorway Altiplano" (21/11/2013)

Similarly, in Yecla UPyD sources have noted that the position of deputies Murcia PP and PSOE in Congress, "should have been favorable to the amendment and do not understand your position."

Moreover, from a more local level, Yecla UPyD impassive attitude criticizes mayor of the municipality, Mark Ortuño, who "can not recognize their ability and determination to defend the interest of the yeclanos".
