The Association of Friends of Music of Yecla informs that within the events scheduled to commemorate this year the Feast of Santa Cecilia, Patron of Music, is going to perform for the first time the 1st Solidarity Musical Race "Run that I whistle you" will take place next November 25th through the downtown streets of our city and in which children from the different schools of Infant and Primary Education of Yecla can participate, as well as students from the School of Music of the Association of Friends of the Music of Yecla, adults and the general public.
The start of the same will be at 11:00 am from Calle Hospitaly this year will benefit the Red Cross, Local Assembly of Yecla.
The activity is not competitive, on the contrary, it has a completely fun and healthy character, but people who want to participate will have to make a € 2 registration in order to have a register of participants and be able to make forecasts.
The amount of these donations will be given as a solidarity contribution to the Red Cross Local Assembly of Yecla.
Said inscription can be done in the premises of the School of Music, all the Schools of Yecla and the same day of the test, in the place of initiation of the same, in the street Hospital, until fifteen minutes before the beginning of the same .
During the performance of the race, different musical pieces will be played in the different streets to encourage, motivate and generate a music-sporting atmosphere. He invites himself to come with some costume or musical motif, to give it a much more playful and festive character.
There are categories:
- Category A: Children from 3 to 5 years old.
250 meters.
- Category B: Children from 6 to 10 years old.
600 meters.
- Category C: From 11 years.
2.2 kilometers.
In addition, a gift will be given to the Best Individual Costume, Best Costume of a group, Best Musical Motive and School with the largest number of participants. And at the end of the act a lottery will be held, with the numbering of the registration tickets, several gifts donated for this purpose by the following collaborating companies: Dúo-Graph, Audiotec Electronics, TeleYecla, Fruits and Vegetables Hermanos Juan Ortuño, Supermarket Lepanto Covirán, Cafeteria School of Music, Closet, Swing, Nina Boutique, Sport Tone, Angel Name It, Editions Bassus, Audioart, Our Bands of Music and Club Fondista Yecla.
