Citizens will launch the Single Health Card with the aim that all Spaniards can be served under equal conditions, with the same rights and the same benefits in any part of the territory.
José Luis Martínez, candidate of Citizens to the Congress of Deputies, has announced this measure in Yecla, a population, whose inhabitants would be especially benefited, because it is a municipality bordering the Autonomous Communities of Castilla la Mancha and Valencia .
In this sense, Martinez has pointed out that the orange training will design a common portfolio of services of the National Health System for all citizens. "In addition we want to adapt health to the new times and therefore we will implement the electronic prescription and unified digital medical record and interoperable in all the Autonomous Communities, because all citizens must have access to medicines under equal conditions, and any professional of the National Health System anywhere in Spain must have access to the patient's medical history. "
The candidate of Cs has also announced that the orange training will take measures to end the waiting lists through innovation, transparency "and, of course, the improvement in financing that will lead to a reinforcement of attention. We have already taken the Region of Murcia, specifically earmarking 36 million euros in the budgets of the Autonomous Community to reduce waiting lists, and 25 million euros for primary care.
Measures against depopulation
Martínez, has held a meeting with farmers from the municipality of Yecla, which also involved Francisco Caparrós, candidate of the orange formation to the Senate and Antonio Puche, candidate to the City of Yecla, in which farmers have expressed concern about the environmental problems and overexploitation of aquifers.
In this sense, Caparrós has reiterated the commitment of Citizens for infrastructures such as the Tajo-Segura transfer "because it is not true that there are excess basins and deficit basins as they show from other parties.
That's why we want our farmers to be very clear about who is defending their interests. "
Also, Caparrós has released some measures of the Citizens program to avoid depopulation, a problem that especially affects Raspay, the only hamlet of Yecla.
"Our small towns can not remain empty and therefore we propose a reduction of 60 percent of the IRPF for people who live in municipalities of less than 5,000 inhabitants.
Also Citizens will implement a reduced rate of 30 euros for women and young people under 30 who decide to start a business in rural areas because we want Raspay.
and thousands of towns like Raspay are still alive. "
