At 13: 30h the central act of the DO Wine Movement Day will take place, a simultaneous toast in the 29 denominations of origin that participate.
In Yecla this toast will be led by the oenologist Daniel Alba.
There will be a free tasting of the generic wines of the DO Habrá different tents and a stage where the Serendipity group will perform.
Each DO will have its own program and will carry out various activities that can be consulted at www.vinosdo.wine and followed with the hashtag # DíaMovimientoVinoDO.
On Saturday, May 11, DO Yecla will join the celebration of MOVIMIENTO VINO DO DAY. On this day, promoted by the Spanish Conference of Viticultural Regulatory Councils (CECRV), 29 Denominations of Origin will be held simultaneously at 1:30 p.m. different points of our country.
In Yecla, this toast will be offered by the winemaker Daniel Alba.
The celebration will take place from 12:30 in the Constitution Park of Yecla, where tents will be installed where visitors can taste DOYecla generic wines for free.
The purpose of this act is to make known the unique and differential character of wines with DO, and discover the particularities of the Monastrell grape to all those who want to add.
The day will be enlivened with the music of the Yeclano group Serendipity.

Yecla is recognized as Denomination of Origin since 1972 and is one of the three denominations of origin (Yecla, Bullas and Jumilla) that can be found in the Region of Murcia.
