The Department of Social Policy and the Federation of Murcian Associations of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (FAMDIF / COCEMFE), to which the Association of Physical Disabilities of Yecla (ADFY) belongs, have presented a free lecture series entitled 'Entrepreneurship, motivation, activation and resources for the job search '.
It will take place on November 7, 14, 21 and 28 at the Municipal Social Services Center (C / San José, 8) in the morning.
The Councilor for Social Policy, Patricia Soriano, has invited all interested parties to register by calling the telephone number 968 263 620 or in person at the Municipal Center of Social Services, and noted that the City Council maintains a collaboration agreement with ADFY since 2016.
The president of FAMDIF / COCEMFE, Carmen Gil, has thanked the support of the Department of Social Policy and recalled that ADFY maintains a Labor Integration Service, while conducting information campaigns on financial aid to companies for hiring workers with disability or awareness in schools.
Gil has affirmed that "the real integration is in the employment".
FAMDIF / COCEMFE brings together 17 organizations in the Region of Murcia.

In 2018, around 450 contracts with companies were formalized.
For his part, the president of ADFY, Juan Gil, has encouraged employers to inform and hire people with disabilities, because they "give 100%" in their job.
