After his priestly ordination he held the following pastoral positions:

1969-1970: Coadjutor of the Parish of Our Lady of the Assumption of Yecla.

1970-1971: Coadjutor of the Santa Eulalia Parish of Murcia.

1971-1976: Treasurer of the San Pedro de Los Ramos Parish (Murcia).

1976-1977: Treasurer of the Santiago Apóstol de Jumilla Parish.

1977-1978: Coadjutor of the San Pablo de Murcia Parish.

In 1978 he went to the Archbishopric Castrense, joining again the diocese of Cartagena in 1992.

1992-2018: Chaplain of the chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows in Yecla.

1993-1997: Cooperator of the El Niño Jesús de Yecla Parish.

1994-2004: Curator in charge of the Sacred Heart Parish of Jesus de Raspay (Yecla).

2018: Collaborator of the Parish San Juan Bautista de Murcia.

In addition, he held other positions in diocesan organizations:

1971-1976: Professor of Religion at the Monteagudo School of Murcia.

1974-1975: Spiritual director of the Monteagudo School of Murcia.

1975-1976: Chaplain of the Monteagudo School of Murcia.

1976-1977: Spiritual Director of the IES Archbishop Lozano de Jumilla.

1998-2001: Archpriest of Arciprestazgo nº 29 of Jumilla-Yecla.
