| Yecla Music Friends Association | Due to the current situation in which we are immersed and to facilitate the processing of the enrollment process for the next course, avoiding in turn unnecessary queues that may generate discomfort in you, we have opted for this by electronic means.We inform you that registrations for the 2020/2021 academic year, for new students entering the Music School, will be done electronically and through our website: www.amigosmusica.comHow are we going to carry out this course the enrollment process for new students?New enrollment in the Music School of the Association of Friends of Music of Yecla, for the next academic year 2020/2021, will be regulated by the following rules:Places will be limited.New students' enrollments will be formalized during the month of July.
It will only be possible to enroll in the instruments in which there are free places, and it will be considered as a pre-registration pending the subsequent scale.The term may be extended to September if any place is still offered.Students of the Music and Movement subject of 7 years (who are studying) and students who have studied Musical Language in the form of a waiting list will have priority in the choice of places in subjects that have the possibility of occupation.The system for the allocation of places, only in those where there are vacancies, will not be determined by the order of registration but will be determined by a rigorous scoring scale according to the following conditions:a) Having a brother, son, father or mother studying at the Music School: 5 points.b) Be a member or son of a member of the Association of Friends of Music in a period greater than two years old, being up to date in the corresponding payments: 4 points.c) Having studied in the past at this Music School: 3 points.d) Having been studying at other music schools, demonstrating this fact with a certificate: 2 points.e) Being a direct relative (brother, son, father or mother) of any member of the faculty: 1 point.In the case of a tie for points, a public raffle will be held in the premises of the School of Music, maintaining all sanitary security measures.In this raffle, the applicants of said places or their legal representatives must be present for minors.
In case of not being present in the same, said applicants will be excluded from the draw, losing the right to be awarded a place or to remain on a waiting list.WAITING LISTSWaiting lists will be opened in those subjects where all the places offered at the beginning of the course by the center have been filled.In order to remain on the instrument waiting list, the student must be enrolled in Musical Language and attending class.The Music School undertakes to inform affected students of the places that become vacant during the course.These places will be covered by rigorous list order obtained from the scale made.DEADLINESAs of July 3, 2020, the lists with places available in different specialties and instruments will be placed in the "Enroll" section of our website: www.amigosmusica.com.As of July 3, 2020, pre-registration applications can be made through our website: www.amigosmusica.com in its "Enroll" section, where you can choose up to a total of two instruments from the that there are places and the option to initially study Musical Language without an instrument.Between July 3 and 11, 2020, it will be the period established to send the pre-enrollment applications electronically, duly completed, through our email: administracion@amigosmusica.comStarting on July 15, 2020, the final lists of admitted students, as well as waiting lists, will be placed in the "Enroll" section of our website.- If it is necessary to carry out a raffle to allocate places in any subject, this will be held on July 17, 2020 from 8:30 p.m.
in the Audition Room of the Music School, keeping the relevant sanitary security measures .
Likewise, the order of the waiting lists will be raffled if there are students with the same score.
The applicants for said places or their legal representatives must be present in this draw for minors.
In case of not being present in the same, said applicants will be excluded from the draw, losing the right to be awarded a place or to remain on a waiting list.Between July 20 and 31, 2020, the enrollment of students admitted to the different specialties will be formalized electronically through our website.Enrollments will be processed electronically through the Association's website: www.amigosmusica.com within its "Enroll" section where they will find the enrollment application form.Payment of registration must be made by bank transfer to the following account:Yecla Music Friends Association.SABADELL: ES12 0081 0462 2200 0158 2066The enrollment of new students has a price of € 45.The enrollment of new students will not have any type of discount.Cuando hayan realizado la transferencia bancaria deberán enviar el justificante del pago de la misma al siguiente correo: administracion@amigosmusica.comCuando recibamos dicho documento y el justificante del pago de la matrícula, le enviaremos a su correo electrónico la factura de dicha matrícula.Todos los horarios del próximo curso 2020/2021 son susceptibles de modificación cuando se inicie el curso escolar debido a la situación actual de crisis sanitaria.
