Youth unemployment continues to grow throughout Spain, this is not a new figure and more with the pandemic involved, the numbers do not stop rising.
In the Region of Murcia the covid-19 leaves 13,300 new unemployed than the previous year.
That is why it is important that companies are committed to their environment. A clear example is the company FP Armazones de Yecla, one of the largest Spanish companies in the manufacture of framework structures for the manufacture of sofas, which seeing the problems that the Youth strike in the municipality has created a specific program for young people, through which it will help improve the employability of 10 young people from Yecla. The project will be developed throughout 2021 with the creation of the FP Academy, a training program for young people in the municipality to develop, learn a trade and improve their employability.
In the words of its manager Francisco P rez Abell n, "I know that this is the beginning of something bigger, small things can produce big changes and we at FP Armazones want to be part of the change".
