Rafael González Tovar spoke with board members of the Association of Stewards and municipal representatives in a meeting with an atmosphere of honesty and willingness to seek new formulas to facilitate the distribution of gunpowder and fit within the rules.
The Delegate of the Government in the Region of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, yesterday held a meeting in Murcia city with several board members of the Association of Stewards of the Immaculate Conception and municipal officials headed by the mayor, Juan Miguel Benedito and Socialist spokesman Antonio Villaescusa. In a cordial and mutual willingness, González Tovar drove a joint committee comprising members of the Government Office, City of Yecla and Stewards Association, who will study in a few dates the legal alternatives that can be advance to facilitate the delivery of gunpowder.
During the meeting, the Delegate of Government recalled that the Administration should always be subject to legal standards to guarantee safety, and responded to suggestions that Paco Garcia, Alfredo Ruiz and Juan Antonio Carpenter, president, vice president and secretary of the Association Stewards raised to the various officials responsible for matters of a mechanism to provide better, more comfortable and safe for the removal of gunpowder.
For the Socialist leader, Antonio Villaescusa "this meeting has been very positive, and has shown great openness and willingness of the Government Commission to adapt the application of existing legislation to the particularities of our celebrations, assuming the problem with a ample time, since the problems have to face them with anticipation. "
Villaescusa said "can provide alternatives to improve the distribution of gunpowder keeping all the security guarantees and we will work hard to provide ideas and alternatives to the Joint Committee will meet in the coming days to try to solve the problem and help the splendor of our holidays. "
