The Municipal spokesperson Citizen-Yecla, Antonio Puche, considered great news commissioning in Yecla a Labour Integration Service Disabled initiative carried by Citizens plenary last October

The Labour Integration Service of the Region of Murcia FAMDIF (SIL Murcia) has initiated its assistance and advice to the group of people with physical and organic.

According to Antonio Puche "Yecla must be a municipality for everyone, so we considered urgent, and justice, ensure the protection and exercise of the rights of persons with disabilities. The training, guidance and support in the search employment, the fight against discrimination and the removal of physical barriers are, among others, important topics that affect the achievement of full integration of people with disabilities in the social and labor environment. "

SIL technicians carry out their work in three areas: employment counseling and job search training, diffusion-OWNED company visits, in order to raise awareness among the business community in the employment of the disabled.

With the motion, Citizens intended to be given to locally important for the rights and needs of these people step.

"We are extremely pleased this development, but will continue to work every day with the aim of which is to eliminate each and every one of the barriers, not only physical, suffering every day people with disabilities," said Puche .

This initiative will promote labor inclusion hindrances as from improving the level of training of workers.

Another objective is the awareness of employers in particular and the whole of society, in general, the need to incorporate social workers at companies with disabilities.

On the other hand, Antonio Puche "is rewarding, and so we are glad, that our initiative was well received by the other political groups, which also contributed proposals to consider.
