The Socialists denounced the problems to travel on the sidewalks of people who use walkers, pushchairs or wheelchair around important public spaces such as the Health Center Francisco Palao, Herratillas College or Institute Felipe VI
The Municipal Socialist Group has submitted a request which highlights the difficulty of accessibility for disabled people in the surrounding sidewalks with the area where important public spaces such as the Health Center Francisco Palao, the College and the flag of Herratillas are located or Philip VI Institute.
The Socialists have received numerous complaints from neighbors and users of these public spaces as there are no recesses sidewalk despite that deal with some pretty busy streets, particularly problematic for those who come to the health center with walkers, prams or Wheelchair.
Under this circumstance, and continuing the work of awareness and demand that the Municipal Group is making to improve accessibility in all areas of Yecla, the Socialists have asked the council of public services and works act as soon as possible for sidewalk recesses also attaching a street in the area indicating the points considered particularly relevant to help mobility around the neighborhood.
