The Extraordinary Plenary Meeting of the Yecla City Council for the month of January has approved to extend for a year the contract for consultancy and assistance of continuation of the drafting of the revision-adaptation of the General Plan of Urban Planning of Yecla to the company Ezquiaga Arquitectura, awarded Of this agreement.
During the last year, work has been completed on the drafting of the new General Plan for Urban Planning in Yecla, in which the technical, legal and economic services of the Yecla City Council have intervened, in addition to the drafting team, Clarifications, observations and corrections.
We already have the proposed agreement that will be studied in full on Friday, January 13 for initial approval.
The mayor of Yecla, Marcos Ortuño, explained that the new PGOU "contemplates almost 7 million square meters of industrial land, almost 3.5 million square meters of residential land and is still betting on the model of compact city, complying To the guidelines marked from the Municipal Corporation to the drafting team of the plan ".
After this initial approval, a two-month public exposure period is opened.
