After being identified, the aggressors were located and detained in Villena (Alicante)
Agents of the National Police have detained two men of Spanish nationality and 27 and 36 years of age for allegedly the perpetrators of a robbery with violence and intimidation and illegal detention in an attempted degree.
In the middle of the month of March, in the Murcia town of Yecla, two individuals assaulted a passer in the public highway;
Using a short firearm tried to intimidate him to get into the vehicle that they were driving what they did not get by the resistance with which his victim was opposed.
In the struggle, the passerby detached himself from a backpack that his assailants emptied, making himself with the 300 euros he carried.
In their escape by car, in a nearby street, the delinquents caused a traffic accident leaving the place without stopping.
The National Police Station in Yecla initiated an investigation into these facts.
With the data provided by neighbors of the place who witnessed the robbery with violence and the photographic report made on the victim could be known the identity of the perpetrators, two individuals with numerous police records.
Through several police investigations the aggressors could be located in the Alicante locality of Villena where they were stopped and transferred to police dependencies.
After their passage to court were sent to prison.
The investigation has been carried out by agents of the Judicial Police Group of the National Police Station in Yecla, belonging to the Higher Police Headquarters of Murcia.
Collaborating in the practice of the arrest in Villena Civil Guard of that locality.
