For its part, the consistory provides 8.667 euros.
These are three projects of the Works and Services Plan (POS), corresponding to the year 2017, which the Community carries out through the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
The councilor Andrés Carrillo and the mayor of Yecla, Macos Ortuño, visited the works today.
Andrés Carrillo said that the purpose of the Works and Services Plan is "to increase infrastructure and basic equipment in the municipalities of the Region that have less than 50,000 inhabitants."
Thus, he said, "its benefit reaches 550,000 inhabitants of the Region, which demonstrates the municipal character of the Executive."
In addition, he stressed that the plan will have a biennial character from this exercise "so that the municipalities can execute works of greater scope and importance".
Thus, in 2018 and 2019 the Community will allocate a total of 484,140 euros to the municipality, at a rate of 242,070 euros per annuity.
