Yecla will attend the XV Villena Country Fair, to be held from 24 to 26 September, through two stand in which the Department of Tourism of the City and Council of the Denomination of Origin Wines will Yecla promote tourism in the city and our wines.
During these days conduct a tasting tasting wines represented the DO Yecla to explain the most basic features of this denomination.
Also distributed pamphlets explaining Yecla, on monuments, natural areas, archaeological holidays, museums and all that can be made attractive to the visitor that we choose as the next destination.
This will count on staff's own tourism office of our City Hall.
The Villena Country Fair is organized by the Department of Agriculture of the City of Villena and has become an interesting showcase of various economic sectors.
There will be exhibitors from direct sales of agricultural sector, motor, promotional stands and institutional area.
During the three days, with numerous visits to the stand who attend the Fair, you can participate in conferences, wine tastings, a contest of skill tractor, horse and dog displays, shows and sightseeing tours by train area.
The inauguration will take place on Friday 24 September at 18.00 hours with the presence of the Minister of Agriculture of the Valencian Government, Maritina Hernández Miñana and local authorities and comercales.
The Fair is installed with Villena railway station and can be visited from 10 am to 10 pm (Saturday 25 and Sunday 26).
On Friday, 24 remains open from 6 pm to10 pm
