UGT and the USO, inviting the general strike of September 29 have reached an agreement this morning in the meeting, to establish minimum services during the day of general strike on September 29 in both the municipal services provided direct the City or in the contract to operating companies.
With regard to municipal services, 32 workers remain in jobs paying minimum services (accounting for 9.5% of total).
To this we must add personal trades (plumber, construction worker, driver and electrician) to remain on call for emergencies, as happens every holiday.
These minimum services involve the opening of the Town Hall, infant schools, the Center for Social Services, the House of Culture, the People's University, the Early Learning Centre, Health and Veterinary Service, Official Language School, the School Adult and public schools municuipales markets.
As for managed services outsourcing companies, establishing minimum service in potable water (to maintain a duty service as holidays), the Center for Elderly Care and Day Centre for Alzheimer and Other Dementias.
Personal Councilwoman, Santa Guadalupe, has been valued very positively the agreement reached that will allow to reconcile the right to strike, the right to work of municipal employees and ensures the attention of citizens, providing essential services to the population
