Professionals in violence, mostly in psychology and law experts, met this morning in Yecla to analyze the consequences of abuse of women, in 'II Professional Conference on Gender Violence ", organized by the City of this municipality on the occasion of the celebration of the November 25 International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The Director General of Prevention of Violence and Juvenile Reform, Teresa Moreno, was responsible for opening the conference, which were analyzed, among other things, the relationship dynamics of abuse or joint custody.
Moreno encouraged practitioners to "specializing in gender violence to improve the quality of care and protection of victims", and recalled the launch, by the regional government, the Inter-Action Protocol on Gender Violence, which allows the coordinated efforts of all actors directly involved in the care and protection of victims of abuse.
Finally, the CEO highlighted the significant progress made in the Region of Murcia the implementation of the Record of Victims, "which facilitates the daily work of professionals involved with battered women."
