This morning there have been at the premises of the project results CETEM ADDS diverse talents, which has the main objective of conducting a comparative analysis between the skills needed to perform the typical jobs and upholstery sector of the different degrees and types of disabilities in people.
For this we have made a study of the jobs most representative of this subsector, risk analysis, training, experience, tools used and the capabilities that are fundamentally necessary to perform each of the 18 positions studied.
The study method used has been conducting personal interviews with professionals who are currently performing these jobs.
In the course of the project, then the data were collected on the capabilities that have preserved different groups with disabilities, which were provided by the associations, foundations and federations that represent them and work with them daily.
Finally integrated all the data to identify which jobs can perform adequately for each group, defining a profile of the capabilities of most significant groups to suit the needs of enterprises.

CETEM, with the collaboration of companies in the furniture sector and various associations, foundations and federations of disabled people in the Region of Murcia, has developed the project incorporates the diverse talents with funding from the Regional Employment Service and Training belonging to the Ministry of Education , Training and Employment of the Region of Murcia and the European Social Fund.
