The Housing Office has served since April last more than one hundred consultations on aid to basic income tenant and Emancipation.
The Youth Council advises that the Office of Housing Area Youth can be handled two types of aid for rental housing:
Aid to the tenant, which can be accessed with minimum income families, and they are intended to pay the rent, are provided for both the State Housing Plan and Rehabilitation as the Regional Housing Plan for 2009-2012, and have no limitation or distinction of age.
Emancipation Basic Income (RBE), is aimed at young people aged between 22 and 30, which provides support for tenants free or protected, used or new construction.
These consist of the grant aid of 210 euros per month for a maximum period of four years, whether consecutive or not.

This department offers information and advice on grants for the purchase, sale and rent and everything related to housing for young people.
The Housing Office of Youth Space remains open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 to 13:30 h.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17 to 21 h.
