After Juan Miguel Benedito accused the Socialist Party to request that were awarded with 'finger' supply contract furniture for the building of the Casino Primitivo, this group wants to report to all yeclanos the failure of delivery to which it committed the company after signing the contract with the City Council on 23 December 2010.
In the third clause of that imposing a deadline for delivery of twenty days has not been met, provided however, that itself was valued in the process of scoring the competition held.
To date Benedito has not reported the cause of this delay that is perpetuating the problems of space that is the present site of the School of Music, nor do we know if this unit of government is to ensure compliance with quality equipment contract and shall cause the pocket yeclanos '49 the amount of 131,479 euros plus VAT, this amount may well be reinvested for the benefit of the companies in our city.
We hope that Juan Miguel Benedito exercised once and for all as mayor of all the yeclanos and require the company to full compliance with the conditions under which once promised.
From the Socialist Group continue to believe that this investment was needed but we still believe that Yecla and their companies have the experience, design and quality enough to have furnished this building in terms of marking the contract.
It is very unfortunate that Juan Miguel Benedito, which should be the advocate and promoter of the brand of furniture Yecla, justifying these embarrassing situations that are detrimental yeclanos all to the detriment of our workers and entrepreneurs.
