More than 18,000 schools across the region already know the advantages of traveling by bus through the didactic representation driven by the Public Transport
The Public Transport Authority (EFA) of the Department of Public Works and Land Management today approached the child's play 'The Bus' to school children from 11 schools in Yecla, a representation that shows the advantages of smaller use public transport.
About 700 children attended two sessions of representation, which shows the efficiency, cost savings and sustainability that is riding the bus.
"It's about creating a culture of sustainable mobility and respectful of our environment amongst children, to know and appreciate the advantages to public transport as opposed to private vehicles," said managing director of the EFA José Guillén.
During the function is transmitted through different characters (students, teachers, hikers, workers, housewives, etc.) Funny songs and dialogue the advantages of using public transport, including the reduction of congestion in cities , reducing pollution levels and economic and energy savings.
At two performances that took place today attended by students of second and third year of primary education centers of La Paz, La Pedrera, Las Herratillas, Méndez Núñez, Miguel Ortuño, San José de Calasanz, Alfonso X El Sabio, El Alba Giner de los Rios, St. Francis of Assisi and Immaculate.
