Yecla City Council advises that if you wish to exercise their right to vote by mail in local and regional elections of May 22, 2011, must appear in person before May 12 of the Service to any Post Office and request the form of voting by mail, provided with your original ID
The Electoral Census Office will send by registered mail, the election ballots and envelopes, the certificate of registration in the census, an envelope showing the address of the table where you should vote and a sheet explaining the voting procedure
The selected papers together with the certificate of registration in the census, will be introduced in the envelope addressed to the polling station allotted to him and sent by registered mail before May 18th.
From the time you request a postal vote, the Electoral Census Bureau recorded in the census lists that you have requested vote by mail, so that from that time, you can not vote in person.
