The Municipal Socialist Group has been informed by the proceedings of the Governing Board until the June 28 was not approved the implementation of forest law enforcement and Infomur Plan before the first week of July had not been forwarded to the Community Autonomous relationship of people, properly trained, were to take over services in their capacity as volunteers.
However the plan should be operational from June 1 and, apparently, volunteers from the Civil Protection Yecla monitoring services have been performed without know if they were under cover technical, economic and security Infomur Plan.
How is it possible that the City acted with so little care in commissioning a vital device for the protection of forests in Yecla?, Are there guarantees that volunteers participating in the Plan have sufficient training and experience debidamenete accredited and are covered by insurance?, when and how these volunteers have been appointed, contrasted their preparation and their names forwarded to the Autonomous Community?.
We like to think that personal differences between Councilman Security and Civil Protection Association veteran are affected negatively in terms of quality and safety for vigilance against forest fires.
The Municipal Group understands that there is adequate proliferation of Associations of Civil Protection to that, Solomon will distribute the activities without showing the least technical report on the training and experience of its volunteers, whose ultimate responsibility is the City Council.
