The coordinator of IU-Greens in the Region of Murcia, José Antonio Pujante, has complained on behalf of their political death of the mayor of Yecla, Juan Miguel Benedito, after suffering a heart attack in hospital Virgen del Castillo of the town.

The spokesman for IU-Greens in the city of Yecla, Jose Miguel Castillo, stressed that, regardless of ideological differences, "was a reasonable and word that one could discuss and reach an understanding."

Likewise, Castillo has emphasized the "many years" Benedito devoted to city politics.
