The University of Murcia has signed an agreement with the city of Yecla to create a permanent university extension in the township.

Through the site, which will lead the Criminal Law Professor Pedro Ángel Rubio, efforts to develop lifelong learning and the promotion of culture and sport.

The agreement was signed in the city of Yecla by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, and the mayor, Mark Ortuño
