The Socialist Municipal Group has learned that the sports court located in San Cristobal Street is causing no little harm and inconvenience to the residents of the same because, despite being indicated, time is not respected, the basket is located less than one meter from the wall next to a residential building, the floor transmits vibration and noise in excess of permitted levels, the track lacks the necessary isolation and access to it is controlled to remain open even after the scheduled time of use.

To this must be added the climate of tension that arises between the neighbors due to confrontational situations that are created and that lead in turn to the local police need people constantly in the area.

For all these reasons, the Socialist Group has requested the Mayor Marcos Ortuño to the most urgent and solvent as soon as possible this unfortunate situation is adjusting the track and sound insulation measures both the wall and the floor and establish a control closing of the track in the hours not allowed to use.
