13.3% of workers in the City of Yecla have supported the day of general strike called for Thursday 29 March, according to data from the municipal department of personnel.
The Mayor of Yecla, Mark Ortuño, has reported that the journey is proceeding normally.
Only it should be noted that tonight there has been no garbage collection, while the other municipal services are functioning, fulfilling the decree agreed minimum services with union representatives.
The Mayor wants to highlight the work that is making the local police, in coordination with other security and police forces established in Yecla, to ensure the free exercise of their rights of all citizens, both those workers who choose not to strike and those who have joined the general strike.
