The City of Yecla will bring an administrative appeal against the decision of the Autonomous Community of Murcia to dismiss the administrative appeal against the first decision of the regional body that is not considered justified the grant awarded for the project "Yecla unique."
The deputy speaker of the Municipal People's Party, Juan Miguel Zornoza recalled that the project "Singular Yecla," which has been used to modernize equipment and computing resources loa Hall, began in 2007.
It includes a set of actions supported by both the Ministry of Industry and by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Region of Murcia.
In its day the central government approved the justification forwarded from the City of Yecla for the grant and yet the relevant bodies of the Autonomous Community does not accept the same justification.
Popular spokesman remarked that there are clear legal grounds for bringing this action for judicial review, to be presented soon, primarily because "we have been elected by the citizens to defend the interests of all yeclanos".
