The Councillor for Education, Remedios Lajara, accompanied by councilors of the Municipal Corporation has hosted 28 French students from Collège "Le Mourion" Villeneuve-lez-Avignon, and as many yeclanos, IES Jose Luis Castillo-Puche holding the first part of a linguistic and cultural exchange.
The institute performs these linguistic exchanges Yeclano 11 years, coinciding with the creation with the bilingual section.
With the French Institute of Villeneuve marks the ninth year exchange interrupted.
From 13 to 22 February the French students, accompanied by two teachers from the center, in Yecla remain involved in the life of IES Castillo-Puche, of family and social life in the city, and conduct visits to the cities of Murcia, Valencia, Cartagena or Almansa.

Subsequently, from 13 to 22 March, students of 3rd Bilingual yeclanos IES Castillo Puche travel to Villeneuve-lez-Avignon, French city next to Avignon, developing activities similar to those in our city.
Students yeclanos French and have been developed over the course relationships through e-mails without losing sight of different academic activities and visits related to the main theme of exchange that have developed during this stay.
The IES Castillo Puche Multilingual center is considered, so that encourages this type of language exchange activities both French and English.
Around the same time that students of 3 ° of bilingual will travel to Villeneuve Les Avignon, another group of 1 ESO camp held in English and a third group of students of 2nd ESO camp conducted in French city ​​of Biarritz, in the south of France.
