Councilman Police and Public Safety, Juan Miguel Zornoza has intervened in the opening of the Conference on "criminal aspects of violence in schools" organized by the permanent headquarters of the University of Murcia in Yecla, in collaboration with the city of Yecla that has developed in the Hall of the IES Castillo-Puche.
Pedro Ángel Rubio Lara, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Murcia, performed an analysis on issues of great relevance and importance in the classroom and school bullying and youth violence, the importance of abuse, guilt and responsibility for these situations or on the awareness and willingness to ask for help when needed.
Councilman Police and Public Safety has evaluated as very interesting chats such schools "because they deal with matters of great importance in the formation of young people, their security and their personal, family and social life."
Zornoza indicated that "teachers and educators, parents, psychologists and politicians, have a responsibility to prevent and respond to situations of bullying and school violence, because young people are the future of our society and we all try to live in an atmosphere of respect and prosperity. "
