The Department of Health in collaboration with the Local Police, will resume enforcement of the Ordinance on animal husbandry in public, as it did last year.

It will primarily monitor using microchip identification (ID compulsory from the age of three months), the dog excrement collection and circulation of dogs to be on a leash and muzzled well if they are potentially dangerous race .

Since this Council is reminded that pet ownership carries a high degree of commitment and compliance with rules and obligations on the part of the owners.
