The cave paintings of the South Coats of Monte Arabí of Yecla, may be viewed and disseminated in four dimensions.
The Governing Board of the City Council has approved Yecla join the collaboration agreement between the City of Jumilla, Moratalla Hellín Nerpio and to spread the rock art through 4D.
The Ministry of Culture has awarded a grant of EUR 74,565.10 to these towns, who have joined in a project to promote and digitization of paintings located in their municipalities.
The report submitted to the Ministry is to spread the rock art, field work, analysis of images and web development platforms and video documentaries, among other initiatives.
This project aims at digitizing rock art through five coats: coat noon (Yecla), Buen Aire (Jumilla), coat Canaica 2 of Canar (Moratalla), Large Minateda (Hellin) and coat 3 and 4 Solana of the Covachas (Nerpio).
The objective of this initiative is the enhancement to work together in the conservation of rock art World Heritage by UNESCO.
