The Socialist Municipal Group requires explanations of the restoration work in a building that has not been opened, which cost over 200,000 euros and is already causing problems due to mismanagement during its construction.
The Socialist Municipal Group has learned of the early work of restoring wood coating Bioclimatic Building, a building which arose consensus that once generated the "Valora Yecla" and that due to the bad management of Mark Ortuño and Councilman Works, Ascensio Juan, already giving many problems even though has not even been opened.
A few weeks ago this group reported that the woods on the south side of the building were rising and last week we had confirmation that it was to see how workmen came to restore and repair the wood paneling that had already started to come off.
That is why the Socialist Municipal Group wants to ask if such restoration work are borne by the company that is certified and blindly okayed despite allegations of this group or whether, on the contrary, they will yeclanos be taxpayers who have to pay out of pocket under the bungling of the government team.
It is tragic and outrageous that a building can be useful for yeclanos and can accommodate many facilities to our town, start giving problems and has not been opened and although it has been an extra expense more than 200 thousand euros.
