Youth Councillor, Monica Azorin, has made a positive assessment Municipal Summer Camp 2013 held from 1 to 7 July at the Mar Menor, with the participation of 51 children aged 9-14 years.
Also thanked the participation of children and recognition samples of parents, who have considered this camp as "very complete, the children have had a great time and have learned in a positive environment."
The Youth Council, believes that they have met the objectives: to develop in a natural environment different leisure activities, sports, leisure and recreation where the child / to have fun while enriching experiences acquired.
It also has enhanced the self and the values ​​for group living has been driven coeducation, multiculturalism and learning of English in a playful atmosphere outside the classroom.
The activities undertaken are: English Workshops, Introduction to Canoe and Windsurfing, Climbing, Abseiling, Rappelling, Surfpaddel Initiation Course, Orienteering and Archery various Dance Workshop, kites, knots, maps, compasses, Festivals and Evening, all framed by the theme of "Pirates of the Caribbean"
