The FEMP calls to local councils to hold a minute's silence at 12.00 today
The Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) calls on local governments to convene a minute of silence at the doors of local councils and other municipal, 12.00 am today, as a sign of mourning for the tragic rail accident yesterday in Santiago de Compostela.
The President of the FEMP, Iñigo de la Serna, on behalf of all Spanish municipalities, has joined the pain of the victims and their families, and has moved its condolences to the Municipal Corporation of Santiago de Compostela and the Galician Government, have seen pain dyed the day of his official party.
