Held in the Faculty of Work of the University of Murcia the First Regional Forum on Employment and Local Development, organized by the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, together with the Centre for Rural Development and Local Employment.
The Department of Employment Yecla City Council through the Local Development Agency was present with a booth has offered information on the proceedings in employment and economic development made from the Municipal Government Team.
The stand of the city of Yecla, has tended numerous consultations in tone to two of the projects presented: the Special Plan for Inclusion, Advocacy and Social Reinsertion through Employment (NAP), and Revitalization Plan of the local economy, through measures to support local small business and the agricultural sector, as explained by the Councillor for Employment, Juan Miguel Macho.
The Town has maintained contacts with the rector of the University of Murcia and the Dean of the School of Labor, which has studied the possibility of holding a forum on employment and local development in Yecla.
