Councillor for Agriculture, Jesus Verdú, and President of the Wine Routes of Yecla, Juan Pedro Brown yesterday in Madrid to attend the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding and commitment to the European Programme "Wine in Moderation" (Wine in moderation) signed by the Spanish Association of Wine Cities (ACEVIN), the Spanish Federation of Wine and Research Foundation Wine and Nutrition (FIVIN).
The event was chaired by the Secretary-General for Agriculture and Food, Isabel García Tejerina
The 'Wine in Moderation' is an initiative of the European wine sector, which aims to promote moderation through responsible consumption, preserving the wine takes place in the culture, environment and economy, in society.
Prior to the celebration of this event, attended the meeting of the Management Committee of the Wine Routes of Spain in which he discussed various matters relating to applications for certification of new wine trail routes and renovation of already certified, and the study of the manual modification, among other matters of procedure of this entity that Yecla Wine Trail is part of right.
