With the collaboration of solidarity 2,012 Club GR crossing 222 km is organized.
12 municipalities of the Region of Murcia.
During the tour donations and new toys will be collected in the localities through which it travels.
Everything donated will be distributed by the Red Cross to families with children who are in a situation of economic and social vulnerability.
The coming days 6, 7 and 8 December GR Club members and 2,012 Red Cross have organized what has been called "Kings Crossing", a journey to the race 3 days duration in which 222 will travel kilometers of the Region of Murcia (equivalent to just over 5 marathons).
The theme of this event is "WEAR YOUR HEART WITH ME."
The purpose of this initiative is to jointly and collecting toys and funds with which to support families with financial difficulties and at risk of social exclusion and contribute to, the next Twelfth Night, all children Murcia have a toy.
This is intended to alleviate, as far as possible, the social inequality that is growing between families, because of the limited financial resources of many of them, due to the current economic crisis that is affecting so brutal the smaller of each household.
The journey begins in the town of Yecla next December 6 and will pass through 12 municipalities in the region, in stretches of asphalt and mountain, specifically Jumilla, Abanilla, Foturna, Santomera, Beniel, San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier , Los Alcazares, Torrepacheco, La Union, ending on Sunday December 8 at 13.30 h in Cartagena in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
During the tour donations, A LITTLE HEART, every village, every city will be collected.
In various stages of the journey GR Club athletes will be accompanied by 2,012 members of other sports clubs can join anyone who wants to participate, as long as you want, from any of the towns of step.
The goal is to raise an amount of money sufficient to palliate, as possible, the bad times facing many families Murcia.

Red Cross to the Crisis
All obtained during these 3 days will be given to Spanish Red Cross in Murcia which shall distribute them to targeted households, in collaboration with the social services of municipalities participating in this initiative.
Red Cross has launched an action plan with concrete projects to help people who are in a situation of need.
Everything is achieved by allocating the distribution of food, basic hygiene kits, aid rental housing, payment of electricity and water bills in cases of risk to the outage, basic goods such as mattresses, baby cribs, clothing coat and shoes, as well as essential utensils such as glasses or orthotics, aids in the procurement of drugs, etc..
