This morning was held in CETEM, the Award ceremony of "Lola Martinez."
This event was attended by the Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Commerce, Industry and Communication Hon.
City of Yecla, José Antonio Hernández, president CETEM, Juan Carlos Muñoz, Director CETEM Jose Francisco Javier Martínez Puche and brother of Lola Martinez, former employee of CETEM and in whose memory this award is given.
In addition, students taking this latest edition of the Master with the teachers and coordinators of the different training areas have been present.
The "Lola Martinez" prize to the student who best represented the values ​​it serves this award as are granted: the interest, involvement, teamwork, effort for continuous improvement, self improvement, respect against teachers and classmates and proactivity and enthusiasm for learning.
The prize is awarded by a vote made solely to the teach the various classes of the Master and is provided by a diploma and a contribution of 500 euros for the student who gets it.
In the last edition, the student who has earned this award, "Lola Martinez" was Pascual Hernández Herrero, graduated in Business Administration from the University of Murcia and living in Yecla.
The purpose of this award is to encourage students in the values ​​of work and effort of the person who daily demonstrated the enthusiasm and confidence in teaching in the Master's Degree in Industrial Design and Organization Furniture Sector, thereby obtaining, and always at the discretion of the teachers, the desired results in terms of specialized training and attitudes.
The Master's Degree in Design and Industrial Organization, unique nationally adapted to the Bologna Process, which is taught in CETEM in collaboration with the University of Murcia, provides highly specialized technologists in the two key activities for successful training companies in the sector habitat.
On the one hand, industrial design as a means of developing new products, and on the other, technological innovation applied to processes that allow them more efficient.
A noteworthy aspect of this Master is the approach of the University of Murcia at the technology centers and companies, adapting the curriculum to the specific business needs, all in a total of 720 hours, of which 520 are intended for training Theoretical and 200 placements.
