Councilman Employment, Juan Miguel Macho closing ceremony of a job search workshop for women 2.0, which was held from 24 to 28 March in the bioclimatic building.
The course was part of the activities planned to commemorate the day of working women, organized by the Councils of Women, in collaboration with the Department of Employment of the City of Yecla.
It was prepared over twenty women in our local job search through internet and the many online platforms that are both public and private.
The activity was given by Eme3 Online, SL, successful participation and acceptance.
The main objective of this workshop was to acquaint the students attending, as can take advantage of new technologies and the 2.0 environment to enhance their skills to find a job, echoing the current need of women unemployed turning to actively join the workforce.
In this workshop, has been monitoring the whole process of job search, from a previous self-analysis to know which jobs are more suitable for the personality of each, through the development of a test, the proper conduct a resume and europasscurriculum vitae, cover letter, inclusion in online platforms, dedicated to labor issues and social networks, and also preparing for a job interview.
Therefore has increased the potential for the inclusion of women attending the labor market.
