The second Conference on Pairing and Wine Tours organized by the School of Hospitality and Tourism Murcia "The Fleet", in which our city was present through the Wine Routes of Yecla, represented by its chairman held in Murcia John Peter Brown and Councilman agriculture, Jesus Verdú
The School of Hospitality, to pay homage to all those people who make the pairing our wines with other gastronomic, cultural and heritage of the place products.
This initiative of the Hotel School allows students, future leaders of charting in catering establishments, have a knowledge of the potential of regional products, in this case wine, and that the presence of our wines Region menus become a common practice in our bars and restaurants.
Through the wine routes of Yecla, Jumilla and Bullas, the tourist is now a beautiful and attractive form of tourism, wine tourism, which makes Murcia is presented as one of the main destinations in Spain winemaking.
