The Councillor for Social Policy, Remedios Lajara inaugurated the Municipal Recreation Week 2014 Care Center Elderly "The Herratillas" that will develop 23 to 29 June
During the ceremony, we proceeded to award Spring Championships and performed an exhibition dance workshop center.
Later exposure and crochet embroidery workshop photographs and course activities was inaugurated
All week recreational and leisure activities, talks on health and safety issues, drama, table tennis or a tour guided walk through the old town happen.
The Municipal Service Center Elderly "The Herratillas, has 1,600 members, was found to increase in younger members, who demand new activities, as explained by the Councillor for Social Policy, Remedios Lajara that has very much appreciated the high participation partners.
In the last months has been provided in the center a wide variety of courses with high demand: gerontogimnasia workshops, embroidery, crochet, memory and relaxation, self-esteem club, adult school or dance school, among others.
