The parliamentary group, through the Deputy Vicente Maeso, today introduced a motion supporting the procedures carried out by the city of Yecla for the celebration of San Isidro, in the municipality, be declared of National Tourist Interest.
According Maeso, "this festival welcomes thousands of people from different parts of the Region, as well as neighboring communities, who come to witness the parade of floats, which are of singular beauty."
Maeso also recalled that "three centuries devotion to San Isidro surrenders and since then has created a party that has more to obtain a declaration of Regional Tourist Interest".
Finally, stressed that "a party is related to the field and wine, serious and elegant, showing the work of master craftsmen of the floats, simple architecture but also very beautiful," remarked Maeso, while recognizing that the Declaration of National Tourist Interest "is well deserved."
