The regional government has approved a proposal of the Ministry of Finance, the assignment of use, free of charge, to the City of Yecla, the Hall of Nature called 'Coto Salinas'.
The free transfer aims at the development of educational, research and recreation of an environmental nature, which must be subject at all times to respect the natural environment and the characteristics of the protected area and its environmental values.
It is a two storey building with a total of 344 square meters.
The first floor has a classroom-workshop, and at a lower altitude, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The second floor has living room, six bedrooms and two toilets.
Beside this a plot of 3,900 square feet, located in the public mountain 'Coto Salinas' is located.
The period of assignment shall be 20 years from the date of signing of the minutes of delivery, and may expressly extend for ten years, at the request of the assignee and adopted on competent governing body environment .
