The ROCA Team (burglary in the field) of the Civil Guard has developed an investigation initiated following a complaint in Yecla Post to clarify an alleged fraud of electricity from a solar plant facilities Altiplano.

Research has allowed to identify two policemen who had allegedly siphoned off power lines plant to a neighboring farm with first.

After obtaining all necessary evidence during yesterday morning, the police arrested the two suspects, suspected of the crime of theft of electricity.
