The Mayor of Yecla, Mark Ortuño, visit the eighth National Wine Fair, held in Ciudad Real, where the wines of Yecla are represented by the Regulatory Council of Yecla wines and wineries of our city.
The first municipal authority stated that "my visit responds to an interest in supporting the presence of yeclanas wineries in this important event. A sector vinicola very important for the economy of our city, with more than six million liters bottled, and export rate of 95% of its production, has adapted to the economic situation in recent years. "
The National Wine Fair, to be held from 12 to 14 May in the Castilian-La Mancha city, it has a strong export nature.
It is expected to attend 700 international buyers.
It will seek to attract new buyers from ten countries: Belgium, Croatia, France, Ireland, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Turkey and Italy, with the support of the Economic and Trade Offices outside Spain.
