Today has become the new Full Council of Yecla with the office of Marcos Ortuño Soto, head of the Popular Party list, as Mayor of our city.
In his speech, the Mayor of Yecla, stressed the key role they will have in this term issues such as: employment, transparency and citizen participation.
First, Mark Ortuño has emphasized the plot of employment.
The main goal for this legislature will be to facilitate the conditions of local industry so that it can create a stable and quality employment.
It has also stressed that "this problem we will face as we have been doing so far, with courage and solutions."
On the issue of transparency, the Mayor of Yecla was keen to stress the need to reach this objective through good management.

In turn, the new government team spokesman, Remedios Lajara, has focused his speech on two main aspects: loyalty to a project and work capacity.
Lajara stressed that the Popular Party will have the opinion of each and every one of the councilors of the Municipal Corporation and the negotiation will be a key aspect of municipal policy in these four years.
A negotiation to be done by persuasion and not by pressure.
